Nutty Rhubarb Muffins

Just wanted to share this recipe for muffins from my Aunt Patty Gleixner.  From Kathleen Drapcho.

Nutty Rhubarb Muffins

3/4 C brown sugar
1/2 C buttermilk, or sour milk
1/3 C oil
1 egg
1 t vanilla
mix these ingredients, then add:
2 C flour
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 C diced rhubarb
1/2 C chopped nuts

Topping:
1/4 C brown sugar
1/4 C chopped nuts
1/2 t cinnamon

Bake 20 min. @ 375 degrees. Makes 12 muffins.
